Made-to-Order Products
All Good Trouble Fashion apparel is made to order and produced specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns for fit, style, color, or preference.

7-Day Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept return or refund requests within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect (wrong item received)
Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date are not eligible.

How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a request, email customerservice@goodtroublefashion.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photo evidence
Return authorization is required before sending any items back. Return Shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: up to 14 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges are limited to the same item, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Made-to-order apparel (except as outlined above)
• Sale or final sale items
• Gift cards

Production & Shipping
• Production time: 1–3 business days
• Standard shipping: Free, 7–10 business days after production
• Express shipping: 3–4 business days after production ($40 flat fee)
