At Good Trouble Fashion, all products are made to order and printed in-house at our Los Angeles studio. Please review the information below for details on production timelines, shipping costs, and delivery expectations.

 

Processing & Production Time

All orders are printed and processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

This processing time includes in-house production prior to shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within North America only, including:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Mexico

Shipping availability is reflected at checkout.


United States Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at checkout for a flat-rate upgrade)

Delivery times begin after production and processing are complete.

 

Canada & Mexico Shipping

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $20 USD
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Customers shipping to Canada or Mexico may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

 

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or equivalent regional carriers, depending on destination and service availability.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

 

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please allow 24–48 hours, as carriers may mark packages as delivered prior to final drop-off.

If your order is still missing after this time, please contact us so we can assist with next steps.


Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Good Trouble Fashion is not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship hazardous materials or items prohibited by carriers.

Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders received after 2pm PST will not be processed until the following business day.
